格魯吉亞目前還沒有自己的商標與專利法，現(xiàn)仍使用原蘇聯(lián)的商品與專利法。格魯吉亞商標與專利注冊管理屬于格魯吉亞專利局管轄。
商品原產(chǎn)地規(guī)則
按有關(guān)規(guī)定在格魯吉亞加工比例在60％以上的產(chǎn)品可視為格魯吉亞產(chǎn)品，即可頒發(fā)格魯吉亞原產(chǎn)地證書。格魯吉亞原產(chǎn)地證書由格魯吉亞工商會頒發(fā)。
